Did you know a teaspoon of cinnamon can...?

I live with fibromyalgia and have been searching the net for things to help out.  I have found that a tsp of cinnamon a day can help with the pain.  It also can help with some other diseases.  I started drinking a cup of hot water in the morning with my teaspoon of cinnamon.  Here is an article I found to describe it better.  Always speak to your doctor before changing your diet.
